More than 40 years ago, pediatric dentist Dr. Henry Maccaro opened his pediatric dental office and began caring for families in Garden City and throughout Long Island. His son, orthodontist Dr. Justin Maccaro, joined the team in November 2015, expanding the office to include orthodontic care. Today, Maccaro Orthodontics & Pediatric Dentistry provides pediatric dental care for children and orthodontic care for patients of all ages.

Dr. Justin Maccaro is closely following in his father’s footsteps as a trusted medical professional in Garden City. Dr. Justin constantly seeks new ways to improve and learn, regularly attending conferences and classes on advanced braces, Invisalign®, and orthodontics. He loves staying active, eating his family’s homemade Italian food, and traveling.

Dr. Henry Maccaro has been an outstanding member of his community for decades, helping thousands of Garden City children grow up in the cavity-free generation. He’s watched his patients bring their own children to his office, and he couldn’t be prouder of seeing kids grow up loving the dentist. He grew up on the south shore of Long Island and loves spending time with his family, including multiple English Springer Spaniel pups!
Dr. Brian Himelfarb, Orthodontist
Dr. Brian Himelfarb is a board-certified orthodontist who loves creating healthy, confident smiles in patients of all ages. He is originally from Long Island, though he now lives in Manhattan, and he loves exploring the outdoors and staying active. You can find him on the tennis court, on the slopes, and traveling to other countries.
